Harry reportedly tried to keep a low profile while on set with a source telling the publication, “He was super low-key, met some crew and was so happy to watch his lady. He’s incredibly supportive of her work.”
The same source also said, “Meghan showed him around set. Everyone was so excited.”
Kensington Palace did not comment on the private visit.
Meghan was also supportive of her royal boyfriend of one year on Saturday night. She attended the Opening Ceremony of the Invictus Games at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. There she sat 18 seats away from the Prince and beside her close friend Markus Anderson – the man who introduced the pair last year. This marked the first official engagement she has attended with Harry.
According to Rebecca English of the Daily Mail, one of Harry’s Scotland Yard and taxpayer-funded Royal Protection Officers (RPO) was standing close to Meghan in the stairwell alongside other arena guards by her seat.
After his speech and ahead of the conclusion of the ceremony, Meghan was escorted out of the arena by the RPO, Rebecca English also reported.
This will only fuel more speculation that the couple are (or are soon to be) engaged to be married.
The Invictus Games are being held from Saturday, 23 September to Saturday, 30 September in Toronto with over 550 competitors from 17 countries.
