Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and Prince Daniel visit Lima for an official visit to Peru on October 20, 2015. Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel have started their second day in Lima early, left the hotel before 07.30.
Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited INEN in order to check progress in oncology health led by the Peruvian government. Deputy minister Peter Grillo Rojas from the Ministry for Health informed visitors that since 2012 there are over 130,000 people who accessed the free cancer treatment thanks to Plan Esperanza.
Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel met with Mayor of Lima, Luis Castañeda Lossio at City Hall in Lima. The Mayor stressed that it is an honor for their city to receive her visit because she is one of the most emblematic figures in the world of gender equality and the progressive role of women. The Mayor of Lima, Luis Castañeda Lossio, presented the "Ciudad de Lima" Medal to Princess Victoria Ingrid Alice Désirée of Sweden, known as Victoria of Sweden.
The Crown Princess Victoria wore a maternity dress from Asos, RIZZO Azelia Suede shoes which she swopped for a pair of TOD'S Flats Ballerinas shoes during long walks.
